Automated Drug Medication Carts

Automated Drug Medication Carts will be used to dispense medication with individually labeled bar code packaging and labeled bar code at the bedside.  This requires scanning for an EXACT match before medication is disbursed to patient. 

Cost of the Carts is approximately $50,000.00 each which includes the lines and soft ware. Three (3) carts are needed for the Kincardine Hospital. 

Having this piece of equipment would reduce errors to almost NIL.  It has CPOE - Computer Patient Order Entry which is virtually fool proof.  This equipment will be BIG for Kincardine with the safest and best patient outcome.
