The Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy of our supporters. Donor's trust is maintained by being open and accountable to them.
Personal information gathered by the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation is kept in strict confidence. The Foundation does not sell, trade, or otherwise share their mailing lists or donor information.
The Foundation collects uses and discloses personal information only for the purpose of processing donations, keeping donor's informed about activities at the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation and to ask for support to improve healthcare within our community.
The Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation works to ensure the integrity of the information is maintained and to prevent its being lost or destroyed.

Governance Policies
Our Governance Committee has worked very hard on transitioning to the new Canada Not for Profit Act. We now have our certificate of proof of continuance under the Canada Not for Profit Act. A letter from the CRA was sent to the Foundation office stating the acknowledgement. Copies of all our policies are available at the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation office.
